About me

With over 19 years of experience serving the community, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging transitions. My journey began in Senior Services, where I served as the Director of the Elder Helpline, helping older adults and their loved ones navigate critical resources. From there, I became the Executive Director of the Hunger and Homeless Coalition, where for five years I worked to connect individuals with housing, food, and essential support.
That path naturally led me into the housing sector, where I served as the Resident Services Director, overseeing self-sufficiency programs and connecting residents to vital community resources.
But it was a deeply personal experience- helping my own grandmother through the difficult process of entering memory care due to dementia- that truly reshaped my purpose. Despite all my professional experience, I found the system overwhelming and the process emotionally taxing. That moment inspired me to become a senior concierge- to walk alongside other families navigating similar situations with compassion, clarity, and the knowledge I've spent nearly two decades building.
Now, I'm honored to use my experience and heart for service to help families find peace of mind, knowing they don't have to do it alone.
